Rules of procedure

So that your conditions of stay are as pleasant as possible, and that health and safety conditions are guaranteed for all, we ask you to read these regulations carefully.

Location duration

This accommodation is rented to you for a period defined during your reservation, determined in your rental contract. Under no circumstances may a customer claim any right to remain in the premises outside this period. Arrival and departure Arrival times are scheduled in the afternoon from 3 p.m. Departure times are scheduled in the morning before 10am. The time devoted to cleaning must take place on the day of departure, before the cut-off time.

Equipment provided

This accommodation is rented with bedding (box springs and mattresses), duvets, pillows and blankets. You must use fitted sheets to wrap the mattresses, pillowcases and duvet covers. An inventory of the supplies and materials present is made after each rental; you will have to return the premises in the same condition as at the entrance. We provide garbage bags, sponges, consumables...

Use of premises

All the furniture is at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and keep them clean. The supply of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price. However, in order to best respect the environment, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not let the water run unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open for a long time if you use the heating. All amenities are available to you, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this regard, please do not throw anything in the toilet bowl, except toilet paper. Each access door to the accommodation is fitted with a key lock. Be absolutely sure to close them properly when leaving the premises. You are responsible for any theft and damage in the event of non-compliance with this clause.

Safety and propriety instructions

We require the deposit after booking via messaging of an official identity document (front and back) for each occupant of the accommodation, identity card or passport ONLY. We do not accept any other document, driving license etc... Without sending an official identity document for each occupant we will refuse access. Please respect the tranquility of the premises and make use of them in accordance with their intended purpose. The sound volume, inside and outside the property, must be contained in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. In the event of a conflict and/or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude the customers causing the problem. To respect the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside and outside the accommodation. In the event of an emergency, please notify the emergency services (18 for the fire brigade, 15 for the Samu, 17 for the police).

Cleaning Package

A cleaning package may apply at the end of the stay, if the client has not chosen to clean the premises himself or if an inventory after the client's departure indicates that the cleaning has been insufficient. In this case, the cleaning package (the amount of which is indicated in the contract) includes in particular the cleaning of rooms and household linen. However, please take care not to leave the accommodation in disorder, in particular by ensuring the storage of furniture, objects and crockery. You are responsible for washing up the cutlery and utensils used (a flat rate may be charged if this is not done).
