They can occasionally accommodate one or 2 adults comfortably (70x190cm), but beware, once the beds are retracted, there is very little space left to circulate in the room!

Please do not leave any belongings in front of your door or put your garbage cans there. You have at your disposal dumpsters in the courtyard a little higher.
On the other hand, the neighborhood is sensitive to noise, parties are not allowed in the apartment.
Arrivals are between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. Outside these times and subject to availability, additional charges apply: €20 after 9 p.m.
You will be welcomed by the Chloé team who will ensure the smooth running of your stay: handing over the keys, assistance if necessary.
Important: Please let us know your arrival time of the train/flight as well as your flight number. If you arrive by car, please let us know so that we are notified one hour before your arrival.
The accommodation is located at the entrance of the building, independent of the others and completely soundproofed!

Ideally located between the St Martin canal and the Marais district, it is the ideal starting point to discover Paris.
PS: Parties are strictly prohibited in the apartment. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, you will be immediately evicted from your accommodation with no reimbursement possible / An additional billing will be made per additional person and for the intervention and cleaning fee.
