Housing consistency.
The accommodation has kitchen equipment, crockery, furniture and bedding. The quantity of this equipment is related to the number of people provided for in the contract. Sheets and household linen (towels, tea towels) are provided. The bins will be emptied and thrown away when handed over to the tenant and the machines in working order. Any complaint concerning the facilities must be made on the 1st day of entry. The tenant must absolutely refrain from throwing into the sinks, washbasins, showers, toilets, objects and detergent products (bleach) likely to obstruct the pipes which could damage them, failing which he would be liable for the costs incurred for rehabilitation of these facilities.
Price and deposit:
No dispute concerning the price of the stay can be taken into account after the validation of the reservation. It is up to the tenant to assess before the validation if the price suits him. The total price is to be paid at the time of booking. On the day of your arrival, a deposit of 150€ will be requested either by check or by cash. In the event of damage, theft or obvious soiling, additional costs could therefore be levied. Additional charges apply at time of booking. This is the tourist tax. This tourist tax will be payable upon your arrival at the premises. The amount of the tourist tax corresponds to 5% of the price of the night per person capped at €2.30.
Entrance and exit of the premises:
Entry into the accommodation is generally after 2 p.m., unless otherwise agreed by both parties. Departure from the premises before 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Rules:
During the stay, the tenant must avoid any noise likely to disturb the neighbors, respect the silence between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and respect the common areas of the condominium. No parties or parties, No smoking or vaping in the accommodation. The accommodation must be left clean and tidy. Animals are not allowed. Costs may be deducted from the deposit in the event of obvious soiling or damage. Interior modification of the accommodation is prohibited.
Terms of cancelation:
Cancellation will be possible up to 30 days before the date of entry on request of the tenant, in this case you will be refunded the amount paid excluding bank reservation fees. Between 30 days and 24 hours before the scheduled entry date, cancellation by the tenant results in the reimbursement of 50% of the sums paid Less than 24 hours before the entry, all the sums paid remain payable.
